This weekend is one of the few short seminars with Dr. Shrikrishna which is suitable for all those who want to meet Dr. Shrikrishna for the first time and to learn about his work in the field of pranayama and meditation. This weekend seminar is open to all interested people, no previous experience necessary. Aim of the seminar is an introduction into yoga in theory and practice with a focus onto pranayama and meditation and how they can be integrated in the daily life. The seminar house is near the cities of Potsdam and Brandenburg; from Berlin main station it takes 50 minutes with a direct train to go there. More info about the house: click here

Retreat

Monastery on Mallorca

The retreat on the island of Mallorca will allow intensive practice. The remote mountain monastery in a nature reserve area is particularly suited for this purpose.
For the Mallorca seminar we will meet at 4 PM on June 19 at the airport of Palma de Mallorca and then travel together to the monastery in a rental bus. On June 26 we will be back at the airport in Palma about 12 AM. Important: We will book this bus for all participants automatically - if you are planning a separate travel to the monastery without the bus transfer then please inform us when you sign up for this seminar.
Seminar fee: 480 Euros (reductions possible, please ask).
Accomodation and food: 48 Euro / day.
(Per person incl. vegetarian food. The rooms are equipped with a sink, bathrooms and toilets are on the corridor.)
Bus transfer from airport: around 10 Euros.

This one week retreat is one of our silence retreats which are open to all interested participants. Focus of the seminar will be on developing the practice of pranayama and meditation and how to use it for improving the state of mindfulness in daily life activities. In this retreat during the theory parts Dr. Shrikrishna will be refering to selected texts from the Upanishads as a basis for the practice of pranayama and meditation - we will mainly focus on the Svetasvatara Upanishad.
