|Pranayama & Meditation with Dr. Shrikrishna|
Pranayama and meditation as a gateway to transcendence
Weekend seminar from 01 - 03 July 2022 in Berlin-Lichterfelde, also broadcast online
You are already a yoga practitioner and would like to deepen your experience and connect it with the essence of yoga philosophy? Would you like to transcend familiar spaces of consciousness in silence - accompanied by a living master who guides you mindfully and lets you glide carefully and safely into new dimensions of experience?
You teach yoga and are looking for new inspiration, would like to understand philosophical and psychological connections more deeply and be able to convey them more intensively, refine your presence as a yoga teacher?
Would you like to live your life more meaningfully and mindfully, shape your relationships more lovingly, gratefully feel the mystery of being there?
This seminar is open to all interested people and is not only an opportunity for yoga teachers and practitioners to gain very special insights, experiences and insights. During this weekend you can get to know a way of dealing with yoga that has a noticeable effect on coping with crises and difficulties, on your state of consciousness, the way you organise your everyday life and your attitude to life.
Dr. Shrikrishna B. Tengshe uniquely combines profound philosophy with inner experience, the reflection of wisdom in silence with life experiences in everyday life.
The seminar includes lectures and reflections as well as practice sections for pranayama, meditation and mantra recitation. Questions of any kind can be asked in a specially designated session.
A lovingly cooked South Indian lunch can be ordered in advance for 15 euros each and will be delivered to the seminar location. Withdrawing as completely as possible from everyday life and the mass media is highly recommended during this period in order to be able to reflect and experience deeply.
Unfortunately, Dr. Shrikrishna is not able to be in Germany for this seminar. Therefore, everything will be transmitted live via zoom. However, in order to create a retreat atmosphere, the seminar will take place at the Institute for Yoga and Ayurveda. There is a very quiet projector with a large screen and the technology is supervised with care throughout.
