We recommend that you also experience the online retreats at Rosenwaldhof, as this enables a much deeper level of stillness. In exceptional cases, external participation via stream (Zoom) is possible.

for long-term students (content-related input with a focus on inner experience through pranayama, meditation and mantra chanting)

Presence retreats with Shrikrishna in a beautiful retreat centre between Mumbai and Pune (optional short trip to spiritual places with Martina to get in the mood)

Online Sunday meetings

Outside the retreat phases, all previous students have the opportunity to take part in a Zoom meeting with Dr. Shrikrishna once a month. Shrikrishna gives a short talk for inspiration or questions can be asked on any topic (please in writing in advance), the answers to which can be translated into German on request. There will also be a joint practice (in English).

Participation is free of charge.
